use iron on patches to fuse the shirt together...then put it on like a tshirt if the collar is too tight a pair of scissors works pretty good most of the time........but watch out for those certain times! man ouch!

You are talking about OOT, it's entirely possible that those in the 67% that are wrong have not and will not successfully reproduce, and indeed many who actual know how to wear a dress shirt will also fail.
