Default $100-$200 live hand, AQs

B&M $100-$200

Okay player in MP open raises, Villain calls (solid player, also capable of trickery), 2 more late position callers, and I 3-bet on the button w/ A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], blinds fold, MP calls, now villain caps it, both LP players call, I call, MP calls.

Capped 5-ways

Flop: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

MP checks, villain bets, one LP caller, I raise, MP folds, villain 3-bets, LP calls, I call.

Turn: 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

villain bets, LP calls, I raise, villain 3-bets, LP folds, I call.

River: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Villain bets, I call.

The turn raise is pretty bad, as is the rive call. The only thing you beat on the river is A4s, so it's probably a fold.

Flawless, look at the turn action. He knows Fianchetto isn't folding. I mean do you really think he has AJ, AQ, A4, or some other hand more than 4% of the time? I don't....

With that said, i always want to see showdown here which is why i call the turn and raise a river club or Q.

Always factor in a 5% chance that your opponent is being retarded. Since 5%>4%, I think you have to call.

I agree that he COULD be screwing around with a worse hand, for whatever reason, but probably not more than 4% chance here w/o a pretty definitive read. of course i could be wrong. situations like this, to me, are too nebulous to know for sure. No one really knows for certain if there is a 3% or a 7% chance, here. Just have to make your best guess, it seems.

Villian would have to be up to some rediculous trickeration for you to be ahead here. I think this is a WA/WB situation on the turn. IF you hit on the river, you might even trap the third guy for a bet. I think a turn call is best. Then a river call is good.
