Brag: I trapped 2 morons getting them allin preflop with AA. Moron 1 min-raises, I cold call expecting Moron 2 to do something stupid like push allin, Moron 2 re-min-raises, Moron 1 pushes for 150 BB, I call, Moron 2 calls.

Beat: AA no good vs. KQ and TT. I lose 150 BB and a had 70% chance for 350 BB pot.

Variance: I played 7000 hands in 1 day, I went on +4 BI swing, then -6 BI swing, then +4 BI swing. I got a royal flush. I paid 4 BI ($400) in rake.
