Making a play vs a 25/20 cbet (thoughts?)

Been playing tight over 30 hands on table
no immediate history w the vil in the hand

Vil is 24/20/4.5 regular over big sample w/ a 95% c-bet stat

I usually like to run these plays with gut shots and backdoors etc but with this weak of a hand is it just spew?

I like checking here because he's not folding 88-QQ most likely, and it makes your hand looks like a draw so there are a lot of rivers you can bluff.

i'm just having real poker issues with myself, i think we should far more often post without mentioning our hole cards and ask what people would do, whether they would fold or not, and what they think the villain would do given their stats.
