Re: AA facing big river bet (50nl 6max)
By checking the turn you got yourself into a tough spot I think. I'd bet/ fold the turn. 12 seems like a good amount. Flop is draw heavy, someone with a vpip of 54 has a draw here very often.
As played I think the river is a fold. He hasn't been out of line so far, so I'll give him credit. |

Re: AA facing big river bet (50nl 6max)
I think leading the turn 2/3 pot is best vs this villan -if he raises then we can fold he prob has at least a Jack or set->>FH. His range includes a flush draw so if he doesn't fold then I would prob. check behind on the river (in cae he's being tricky with trip jacks)
As played it's a hard decision (I find these places really tough too Thrahl) - you don't really have much information on his hand - I think folding to a PSB may be best - he's either bluffing (maybe missed fdraw) /floated with a PP OR he's got trip jacks maybe QJ/FH. When Hero checks the turn and villan mashes the pot button quickly it often indicates a missed c/raise on the turn and attempt to make up for the missed turn betting. |

Bet turn and fold to a raise. As played though it is a tough decision, but I would lean towards a fold.

Re: AA facing big river bet (50nl 6max)
I dont know, my standard is Bet check bet with an over pair but since there was a flush draw out I probably should have bet the turn here.
Results: I almost timed out, but I called.
