That's my first hand at the table, the spot looks great to squeeze pre with a hand who have a good potential.

Looks good to me, although I'd probably bet a little more on the flop.
I might also wait a little longer than my first hand at the table to make this move... but on the flip side you probably gain future EV by showing up and playing aggressively your first hand at the table to establish a wild image. |

Def bet he should very rarely have a hand that can even call your cbet on this board.

Don't like the PF raise vs unknown UTG bettor. If you do decide to do so, I think cbet is fine though.
