It was from a solid 8.5 hooker in bellagio when I asked what she offered... I laughed and then took her to my room.. (although I did use protection) safety always first...

From my line of work --

To describe an elderly patient with nothing specific, but everything wrong with them - TMB syndrome - too many birthdays.

For a patient for whom medical science is exhausted, but needs SOMETHING done - TOBBASH - take out behind barn and shoot.....
