Method to drink more

so ill be at the bar tomorrow night with a group to celebrate a girls 21st, anyway 2 of the girls are claiming now that they will be able to drink more than me, bare in mind i have a decent tolerance and one of these girls may weigh 100 lbs and is like 5'4". So this seems like an empty threat, but i found out their claiming this because apparently they heard a secret from a bartender of a way to be able to drink more, now im very skeptical with this, so i ask OOT if and what are ways to be able to drink/hold more alcohol in a night.

obviously were talking about something other than making yourself puke.

Not entirely "foolproof" as dairy is difficult to digest, particularly for the lactose impaired. But still the right idea.

You want to eat a meal high in fat and protein before drinking. Steak and eggs are my personal favorite.

Also keep a few handfuls of peanuts with you to supplement as you go. Sneak a handful of nuts in the john.

If you can, alternate a glass of water between cocktails.
