LOL mate - my sister, brother and mother live in London - Manchester has a much higher quality of life.

I get to sit down on my 10 minute train journey into the city centre each day - my sister dreams of a seat on her 1+ hr commute.

I go to London for the big art exhibitions in the National Gallery and occasionally to the West End -otherwise London has absolutely zero advantages - too big and everyone is slightly desperate there

Just wondering why you think there is so much London--->Manchester migration amongst young people. My mum left Manchester for Lon when she was 23ish, he brother stayed but of his 3 kids 2 have left for london and 1 is gonna leave when he graduates uni.
