The problem is that he won't fold a flush draw. He folds 8x and maybe KJ-type hands if he is bad. A good player doesn't get to this point with Kx which he is folding though so this is really thin.

spewy, but he doesnt have many Kx hands, so not a terrible spot to 3b. FWIW i'd like to have As Th instead and shove spade turn. Not sure what your plan is here.
