Default trips in a RR pot....ugh

Villain is an aggressive regular at 29/22/2.5. Button is a very loose and somewhat aggressive donk.

Note that UTG is a poster. Villain has a bigger range that normal with his isolation raise.

The river doesn't really improve my hand. Is a good player ever pushing with JJ-KK or missed hearts on the river?

You beat AJ and not much else. Beat by AK, 88-TT, A8-AT. Looks like a fold. And bet the flop yo

I am WA/WB on the flop. I don't really see any reason to bet...

Protect your hand. Get value from weaker A's. There are gutshots on the flop, plus FD's. Bet the flop.

So we are betting for value because of the donk in the hand?

If it was HU between me and the solid player I think it is a check. Worse aces are not in his range and surely he isn't peeling with a gutshot. I think that checking the flop to get value from worse pairs, air is better than protecting against a possible FD.

I'd fold the way you played. I'm still thinking about the flop.

Plenty of draws on the flop, you're not WA/WB. I'd bet it, especially in a 3-way pot.

Villain is 29/22, we have checked an A high board in a RR pot, I'm calling the river and feeling good about it.
