Re: WSOP on ESPN thread (10/9 - ME Final Table)
my friend bet me that jerry yang will last longer than philip hilm. he contends that yang is playing really well and that he has good reading abilities, but i havent been all that impressed by him--plus hilm has nearly THREE TIMES as many chips. so anyway, lets go hilm!

Re: WSOP on ESPN thread (10/9 - ME Final Table)
hey guys,
So you know, ESPN has had me writing articles previewing the shows without doing any spoiling. You can find some extra information on the last nine players and how they got there here Gary Mods, this was done in co-ordination with the producers, seemed relevant enough to spam. |

[/ QUOTE ] My money is on Rahme. So far he has looked like a world champion player with solid betting instincts and the ability to mix it up with the best of them. |

Seat 1 - Raymond Rahme - 16.32 million [/ QUOTE ] I'm looking forward to some donktacular displays from this guy. Seriously, I have not seen one hand that demonstrates this guy is a good player. He strikes me as an oblivious calling station. The best example is the 88 hand vs. Ray Henson. You could call that a great call on the river. More likely, it was just a ridiculous play that miraculously turned out to be right. Seriously, what do you beat on an A-Q-7-7-9 board? Silliness. |
