I got to sit in on a Sig Chi initiation one night and I was able to see their handshake. It appeared that the younger member was required to bend over and reach between his legs to extend his hand. The elder member then bent over to shake his hand while also sticking his thumb in the younger member's arse.
A detailed drawing below.  The young member then had to squeeze his anus three times to signify his membership.
