casinos and luck
ok, so i realize that casinos want people to be superstitious and rely on luck when they play. obviously they don't want people to think about always losing in the long run. i've recently been seeing a new string of advertisements by one casino around here talking along the lines of...."luck can change. strike while you're hot!"
my question, do casinos do other things to tip peoples superstitions? i ask this because last time i was in vegas, i found quite a few heads-up pennies on the ground of a few casinos. it was enough to make me think, "hmmm, this is an odd number of heads-up pennies." my next thought was a little lady walking around in the wee-hours of the morning strategically placing heads up pennies for chumps like me to find. coincidence? |

Re: casinos and luck
I would say giving you a tracking sheet and a pencil at Baccarat would an example.
"OMG it's been player 256 times in a row.... I just KNOW the banker is gonna win this one" HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAH The big screen on a roulette wheel another example. My friend always checks out the screen if he does not see 0 or 00 hit he splits them for 10 spins "Donkey" |
