Default Reading every strat post ever

I was reading about this guys book:

and in it he attempts to read the entire Encyclopedia Britannica. 44 million words, ~33k pages. Amusing idea.

This got me wondering, how much volume is there to 2+2 strategy forums? How many posts are there in the a year of HSNL posts, or all cash NL strat posts ever, etc.?

If anyone has some estimates of such meaningful figures I'd appreciate hearing them, also thoughts on productive ideas for a goal such as reading through all of X forum's(') posts throughout time period X(also maybe posting in them).

Also, any time estimates for ideas would be helpful.

Thanks

this is a bad idea, encycolpedias filter out the stupid [censored], 2p2 doesn't. you'll probably become a worse player by reading every strat post if your ability changes at all

Eh, not really true. I don't apply all the advice I recieve or see, I listen to what sounds right and the same posters are usually good or bad so it's pretty easy to figure out who you should and shouldn't listen to after a little while.

I'd recommend just about anybody to read nearly everything they can on this site within reason and using common judgement. I have learned so much from 2p2 through a lot of great players. You would have to be pretty dumb to read most of the strategy posts on this site and not instantly improve your game dramatically.

With that said it is a waste of time to read all the strategy posts you see, a lot of it is garbage, but you can alternatively just use your head and skip threads that aren't helpful.

Find a core of very good posters and read all of their posts. But reading everything is lol.

Reading will only take you so far. You have to execute what youve learned at the table. Without this critical step, your not going to become a poker "know-it-all".

Yeah of course, I mean I see that the book title was is that but of course I'm not suggesting that.

I would probably take notes during it forming a digest of lessons learned with footnotes.
