Losing at Nano-Stakes!
BBV, I'm a winning 100NL player who has just started playing Omaha at the PL10 level. I keep making stupid calls because I am getting 2 or 3 to 1 and I think, "Why would they check a straight on the turn in Omaha?"
I seem to continually forget that my opponents have no idea what they are doing and pay them off. I like it better when I think, "Well.. calling this all in is only $7 so why not?!" Lol. I suck. Beat: If it weren't for a suckout I'd be a losing player after 200 hands or so. Brag: I can definitely afford this. Variance: I don't think I've actually learnt anything except that I suck as badly as my opponents (and this was originally the object of me playing). |
