I saw it last night. It was entirely predictable yet entirely enjoyable. Its much funnier than the first two, and thank god they are back in Vegas.

I was actually really disappointed with 12 at first. But when I re-watched it, I realized it was better than I thought, though still not as good as 11. OTOH, if I ever see 11 on TV, I'll put it on (and I also have the DVD). I've probably seen the whole movie at least 5 times and the last hour at least a dozen times.
