had some cbet stats but I forgot

Argh, this is truly awkward but I think you need to let this one go. Does he double-barrel lightly OOP? Calling this on the turn is no good as he'll likely pound the river whether he has the goods or not, also raising the turn doesn't get a call from weaker hands too often (neither does it fold better hands).

Preflop and flop are fine IMO. Obviously, you'll need to mix up your play by 4-betting this hand occasionally against this type of villain.

I have no additional reads on villain, only datamined hands.

I think this is my first orbit, so most likely he isn't 3betting me light unless he has some datamined hands on me

Obviously if I dont fold the turn then I'm committed

I folded but it sucks having to lose 30bb in this situation.

Also what do I do with JJ, QQ?

I probably fold turn as well against a 19/16 who 3-bet me from the SB. JJ would be close for me too, but with QQ I'd definately stick it in on the turn.
