Re: How do i exploit this guy?
Er ... you don't have to be a nit to pass K2 preflop 5 handed even on the button. What are your PT stats?

Re: How do i exploit this guy?
Decrease your cbet %/narrow your PF 3-bet range/widen your postflop calling range? Untill he adjusts, then it's your turn again!

Re: How do i exploit this guy?
Narrower range + increased raise size
Just grind 'em down, it's simple & effective. And don't worry -- they rarely adapt. |

[ QUOTE ] Wait for solid openers... [/ QUOTE ] bleh, there has to be a better way to beat these guys than to be a nit. we have a player who is getting in there with weak holdings against me and is willing to play massive pots...that has got to be exploitable. [/ QUOTE ] Get position, and open up your game more when stacks are deep. At 100 BBs and OOP you're just going to have to tighten up. |

[/ QUOTE ] don't play massive pots with them without a solid hand. Let them bet some of your solid hands for you, i.e. add in some slow playing into the mix. If they are playing very marginal hands, then be ready to call down light, i.e. 2nd, 3rd, maybe even bottom pair at times. I think the best advice is to just keep the pots smaller unless you have a hand. Don't blow up your pots with marginal holdings and air, i.e. make smaller bets and bluff less. |
