I don't like the flop bet 3-bet. It sets up a big pot with a lot of money behind on a blank turn against a calling station. As played, easy shove. These guys will not VB one or two pair here, and I see the missed draws just give up after this action. I mean you've shown so much strength, they're rarely bluffing this river IME.

[/ QUOTE ] Cant argue with this advice. Just call the minraise on the flop, you dont have any folding equity against this guy once he minraises like that. It looks like he has 78 or a set and he should pay them off on the river. |

The thinking behind the 3bet was that it would allow me to keep the initiative on the turn and usually allow me to see a reasonably priced river. |
