New Software SpadeEye: Tableselection (@PP)
As anounced (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...=9#Post7132066)
my tool (now named SpadeEye) got his own Homepage: www.spadeit.com and is ready to be shiped. It is a tool for tableselection at Partypoker, and supports Pokertracker (postgreSQL), Pokermanager (Firebird) and Pokeroffice (mySQL) databases. I removed the datamining part of the very early versions because i read the Partypoker terms and conditions, and it seem to me that such a thing is not allowed. (Besides what will happen to Idleminer?) Any feedback is appreciated Greetings Snood |

Can you explain how this differs from or is superior to Sixth Sense?

Re: New Software SpadeEye: Tableselection (@PP)
Well, i never tried Sixth Sense in detail, so i hope i wont tell any wrong things.
Basically it seems to me, that the two are the same. SpadeEye scans the Partypokerlobby and retrieves the player statistics from your local databases without the need to open the table window. I can try to summary the main differences: - Once purchased, SpadeEye is completely independent and runs locally on your pc. - It supports not only Pokertracker (postgreSQL) databases, it also supports Pokermanager (Firebird) and Pokeroffice (mySQL) databases. - Its cheaper. One pay once 12$ to get one unlimited license for 1 PC, no monthly fee. - Currently SpadeEye only supports Partypoker client. SpadeEye is still in developement to offer more and more features from time to time. |

Re: New Software SpadeEye: Tableselection (@PP)
The one big difference I see in the two programs is the Sixth sense has a rating program for the table. You can click on fish score an quickly find the top X tables to wait for. With your program there seems to be no rating criteria, and while it would work for finding tables, I like 6th sense to see if I should still be sitting at certain tables.
Also sixth sense allows us to customize the scoring method. If I could suggest a feature of your program, would be to add stars support as quickly as possible. Just for that one feature I could justify both programs, especially since you are accepting stars funds for payment. |

Re: New Software SpadeEye: Tableselection (@PP)
Thanks for your response, Dennisa.
Today i added the ability you described. One can enter now a Screenname in the Options (Profile-tab). Whenever a table gets scanned and the Player is found, the tablename will get a green backgroundcolor. So its possible to see on which tables one currently is... Thats not all. I added a the ability to Datamine. I try to describe the main features: - Tables gets opened and closed automatically. - One can specify for example the average Potsize a table must have in order to get opened/stay open. - one can specify to open only tables with a specific number of unknown player. Where one can define what "unknown" means. Also tables gets closed and replaced by new ones if the "unknown" restrictions not hold anymore... - It is possible to specify a list of stakes to datamine. If in the current stake no tables can be found, which meet the restrictions, SpadeEye switches to the next limit, and so on... I hope you can give it a try, although its not all done yet. www.spadeit.com |

Re: New Software SpadeEye: Tableselection (@PP)
Can your program look through more than one DB when it is checking stats? For instance if I have two DBs and am looking to play on the Party $50 tables, can I configure this software to look thru both DBs (Party$25 and Party$50)at the same time?

Re: New Software SpadeEye: Tableselection (@PP)
Yes. Just add as many databases as you wish (Options -> Databeses tab...).
All databases that have been added will be sequentially opened and treated as one big database. You should even be able to mix databases, for example Pokermanager Firebird and Pokeroffice mySQL databases... |
