Zoidberg. I also think Morbo is hilarious, but hes too much of a minor character to be a favourite.

As far as Planet Express characters go, Zoidberg wins hands down. Fry is great, but he's basically just a younger, slimmer Homer Simpson.

Of the secondary characters, Zap Brannigan gets my vote. The antithesis of what a good captain should be.

Of the characters with only a few appearances, I've gotta give it to Clamps, the mafia robot. Honorable mention to Lurr from Omicron Persei VIII and the green alien newscaster.
