Default Farha/Townsend stiff dealer?

http://table-tango.pokerworks.com/20...ind-the-noise/

Looks like after taking nearly a million off Sammy, Townsend couldn't be bothered to take care of the dealer. Bad beat for Linda.

This is pretty standard in bigger games.

About 15 years ago I was dealing the largest side game during a major tournament in Las Vegas. After putting forth my very best effort, at the end of the down there were only two players who had tipped me. The two players who were thoughtful and considerate enough to tip were Berry Johnston, and a big loud drunken fellow called Franny. By the way, they both tipped more than the minimum and it was definitely appreciated. Thanks again guys.

That's a shame. I'm kind of surprised though, BT always came off as an okay guy. Maybe he forgot or something, or maybe he needs the extra $ to fix the tech problems they have over at Cardrunners. Whatever.

Bellagio is making $200+/hr off them, couldn't they take care of the dealers $25/hr?

Is this so wrong to think?

No, that's not unreasonable at all, in fact you could really say the same about any tipped profession. At the end of the day though, they still only pay you $5 an hour.

Honestly - If I was Doug Dalton, Linda would have been let go. Whats she is doing is hurting the trust relationship between the Bellagio and it's high rollers. She needs to learn to STFU.
