Default Flop Decision, KK 5/10nl

4 handed $5-$10 NL on Full Tilt

TAG player from what I've seen so far opens UTG ($1000) for $35, I ($1400) raise to $125 w/ K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] on the button, folded back to UTG who makes it $350 total. I call.

2 players ($715)

Flop: J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

UTG pushes all-in for $650, I...??

Call or fold, and why?

I don't understand your play in this hand, why would you call pre-flop and then fold the flop?

Do you think he would fold QQ or JJ to your pre-flop push but give you action UI on the flop? I think just calling preflop is bad if you plan to fold this flop

The problem is we're beating 0 hands on the flop that a TAG 4-bets preflop, unless we have some read that he's apt to do this with AQ

I fold and dont think too much about it.

I agree with this.

I disagree with this. A TAG in a 4-handed 5/10 game is 4-betting a variety of hands imo and not just JJ+.

I would call here.

So what do you think a relatively unknown's 4-betting range is here?

How much of this range are we beating given flop play?

Obviously he knows we're getting great odds on his push and will call with anything reasonable, so he's not pushing with air or whatever too often imo.

Against an ABC TAG player this would be a pretty poor call IMO unless there is some serious recent history going on.

4-bet = AK mostly at 5/10.

Well I've got 200k+ hands or so at 5/10 and have hardly ever seen basic ABC TAGs do that (and that's not considering that they have pushed the flop here) - it's AA/KK far more often. If others have difference experience though I'm interested to hear.

I would just push pre-flop.

He's not folding with $350 in there already.
