seems fine to me.
normally, if you get rid of aces, you need to see some evidence that they are beaten. 1) the flop looks bad (9TJ all of 1 suit being one of the worst) 2) you make a CB and are raised 3) your opponent plays the hand suspiciously (eg. you raise PF, he reraises, then checks the flop) 4) he calls your flop bet and a scare card hits 5) you are involved in a multiway pot and there has been action before it gets to you. combinations of these factors may make you consider folding them (grudgingly). in this case, most of the money has gone in preflop, so its pretty much automatic to shove the rest in. in fact, its a pretty good overall situation. you have 60% of your stack in with the best possible hand, the board isn't coordinated, you are HU, and there is some dead money in the pot from the original raiser If the villain has KK or JJ, then thats tough, its very hard (if not impossible) to get a read |
