Default 10/20 Deep HU AKo pf decision

You are 9k deep vs a LAGish pf yet mostly straightforward opponent postflop. I am on the button and have the big blind this hand (stars structure).

Dealt to Hero, AKo

Villian raises to 80, Hero reraises to 280, Villian reraises to 760, Hero ...?

I had been reraising in position fairly often, but I certainly wasnt being out of line. Villian would usually flatcall with most hands, he had very rarely 3bet me and rarely folded also. Who calls who reraises who folds and why?

For those who call, what is your plan postflop?

I'd say to call the re-raise, plan to call his flop bet pretty much no matter what, and then decide on the turn.

if he flatcalls do u continuation bet? If so, how much? Do you bet if you hit?

I am assuming you fold to a reraise.

[/ QUOTE ]this works for a player like you b/c people play back at you so much AK is likely good here, but a lot depends on image of OP. If OP is viewed as tight, this goes straight into muck IMO without hesitation.

I dont think anyone views me as tight , but I havent been going crazy against this guy. If I either had a tight or superlag image, this decision becomes much easier imho.

9k deep, in position, vs. a 'predictable postflop' opponent, wouldn't this (and a lot of other hands) at least be worth a call?

Edit: Wait, are we in position? If not, disregard this post.

This advice is really lousy because you fail to account for the fact that not everyone has your table image.
