With KK my default would be to get it in pre. Calling is ok sometimes, but you need a good reason such as villain regularly stacks off light postflop, his 3-betting range is very bluffy and he often folds to 4-bets etc. Why did you do it here?

Some reads or stats would be nice. Or at least stack sizes.
In general I don't think your line is bad. Fwiw this seems to be kind of a standard play for many regs. |

I 4-bet preflop. Esp since his rr is so small and it's utg vs mp so his hand is probably pretty strong. With 100bb flop is standard as played.
