Overpair on paired board, LAG opponent
Looking for opinions on this hand. Villain seems very aggressive over ~20 hands; with 3 players at table he 3bet me preflop then bet/3bet flop 3 times in 5 hands. I have not been in a showdown with him and have not seen him showdown with other players.
Table has just filled up, I have been quiet for an orbit, then this hand: Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums) SB ($49.50) BB ($22.81) UTG ($57.75) MP ($50) Hero ($53.65) Button ($89.92) Preflop: Hero is CO with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. UTG calls $0.50, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $2.5</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, UTG calls $2. Flop: ($5.75) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font> <font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $0.5</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $6</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $11.5</font>, Hero?? I've been in this situation a lot recently, it seems everyone and his dog wants to represent trips on a paired board. |

Re: Overpair on paired board, LAG opponent
20 hands is not much of a sample, but given the preflop action JJ+ would not be in his range unless he decided to get tricky with AA (unlikely). The question is would he really lead min bet into you with trips or with a flopped FH? Probably not, so I would put in another raise and look to get it in.
