Can't remember villain's stats but he is def very fishy, playing 40-50% of his hands IIRC and raising seldomly. We don't have much history. I can't decide if my line is standard or not, thoughts?

i guess it's okay, but remember that an ace is certainly in his range
tbh i probably wouldn't raise this pre-flop but it's close |

Up to how much are you calling on the river?

I am not sure how weak it is but I like to just give up on turn sometimes? Like Triumph said, an ace is certainly in his range and he probably isn't thinking than an ace is in yours. He is thinking about his 89

This villain would have abused DP on the turn with 89 so it's not in his range...

Villain may not be thinking about ranges, and an A is certainly in his - but regardless, the A is a great scare card and betting the turn here vs loose villains who peel light is fine. The river sucks, but I guess you have to pay off his bet if you think he's capable of throwing out a weak bluff like this on missed clubs.
