I am probably leading out on this river after he checks turn for value vs his 88-TT he called with on the flop, which might also keep him from making this crazy bet with a busted straight draw. I don't mind checking river to induce a busted draw to bluff, but even if that's my plan and I wanted him to bet, I'm not calling the overbet shove unless I've seen him make these ridiculous bets before.

Yeah, you have to fold here. He probably has a big hand and wants to get paid. If he was doing this light then this player can probably be easily trapped. I wait for a better time.
