I am not sure about the small blocking bet on the river...if he already min riased you on the flop, I don't like the river bet or river bet size.

River bet doesn't make any sense unless it was intended to induce a raise and then you call. If you called the flop raise bc you think a large part of villain's range is air/draws then why are you hoping he suddenly has some marginal made hand on this brick river?

I agree about the check/call on the river. You will get to showdown cheaper and if he missed his flush draw then it is some free money.
