[/ QUOTE ] Yeah, looking back on this I think it's a stupid question but I've felt a little weak/tight lately and folding tptk doesn't help it -- I just needed confirmation I guess. I think I've been paying off too much here due to that feeling but I finally folded this one. *edit* So this isn't a completely useless post... perhaps a line check is in order. It took half my stack to find out where I was... is this standard? |

[/ QUOTE ] Because if you raise flop and he pushes you won't now what to do and you will have to waste time posting the hand in 2p2 where no one else will know what to do either. But if you are beat and villian is a nit then he might check river with AA after seeing you call 2 streets and you will save a little money. He also might get stubbon and keep firing QQ/JJ/AQ whereas he would just fold these to a flop raise. You will also save on rake if he has the other AK when river gets checked down. |
