Simple TPTK hand.
Full Tilt Aussie $1k sat, no reads except villain has played somewhat tight for the beginning of the tournament. His SN is cheesemonster which is vaguely familiar.
Full Tilt Poker, NL Hold'em Tournament, 10/20 Blinds, 8 Players LegoPoker Hand History Converter UTG: 2,965 UTG+1: 3,060 Hero (MP1): 3,095 MP2: 2,970 CO: 3,000 BTN: 2,990 SB: 2,950 BB: 2,970 Pre-Flop: (30) Q A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (MP1) 2 folds, Hero raises to 70, 4 folds, BB calls 50 Flop: (150) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K 2 (2 Players) BB checks, Hero bets 120, BB raises to 510, Hero calls 390 Turn: (1,170) 9 (2 Players) BB bets 1,170, Hero? I think this hand completely demonstrates how much online poker has changed in the past few years. |

Re: Simple TPTK hand.
Blegh, when people pot it after raising flop it's so gross. However, AA/KK aren't in his range, AK sometimes 3 bets pre.
A2 and A9 are there, but A9 doesn't always CR flop. So i think you see AT/AJ/AQ enough that you shouldn't fold. What do you mean by your changed statement, i've only been playing MTT's online for a yearish. |

Re: Simple TPTK hand.
Two years ago I wouldn't even think about folding AQ on this board. I would 3bet the flop and never expect him to fold AT. Ever.

Re: Simple TPTK hand.
gobbo..what do you think he puts you on here that he can bluff you off of? hefty checkraise of your c bet and PSB lead on turn looks like he is taking this all the way...AK? 22? good possibility he has AQ too? Stakes are past what I play so interested to hear others

Re: Simple TPTK hand.
And also, you basically beat a bluff on the flop, cause people don't overplay Ax as often as they used to.
