Should I have shoved the turn with my aces and Nut flush draw?
I am against an unknown player here and in retropect I think maybe I should have called here on the river. Seems like maybe he was just on a flush draw and since I didn't shove the turn when he raised me. He sensed I would fold to a bet on the river... what do you all think? I should have shoved the turn shouldn't I have?

Re: Should I have shoved the turn with my aces and Nut flush draw?
You have here an oesd, the nutflush draw and an overpair. Unfourtunatly you do not know if the straight and flush outs still are good and so I think check behind the turn and calling a river bet if you can improve (or raising if the ace hits) is much better here than fight the battle at the turn.
If you bet the flop, bet it much harder here. |

Re: Should I have shoved the turn with my aces and Nut flush draw?
I would fold as played on the turn. I like a check behind or a stronger bet on the turn.
His check raise looks like he's full or bluffing your weak looking turn bet. Would be a strange move without the nut flush draw if it was a flush draw. |

You're betting waaay too weak. Use the pot button when betting

You don't have to bet full pot all the time, but at the very least half pot bets.

Re: Should I have shoved the turn with my aces and Nut flush draw?
I generally prefer to check behind on this turn; the flop is very dry.

Re: Should I have shoved the turn with my aces and Nut flush draw?
Checking behind on turn gives you position in a small pot on the river so you can get value from river flush.

bet pot on flop, check the turn and call the river. wash, rince, repeat.
