Smoking (cigs)
This might be the wrong forum but I was just thinking about this.If someone smoked 2 cigarettes a day would there be any noticable side effects? We always hear about smokers who go thru 1-2 pack or more a day getting cancer, but what about just 2 a day?

Re: Smoking (cigs)
prolly wouldnt do anything
but i mean cigs are addictive. so you start smoking alot more than 2. This is what my buddy said when he started dipping. He will jsut throw in a dip after dinner every day. Now he dips a can a day. |

Re: Smoking (cigs)
I smoke about 5 to 10 cigrettes a week, usually if im super stressed Ill have one (this accounts for about 2 or 3), and then saturday nights when we go out for dinner and then go party Ill have 6 or 7. Been doing this for about 1.5 years, not addicted, and havnet noticed much loss in cardio ability.

Re: Smoking (cigs)
If you have an addictive personality, it's impossible to smoke two cigarettes a day. I smoked from like 15 to 22. I haven't had a cigarette in three years, but I know if I tried to have one, I'd start smoking instantly.
