Isn't it the second continuance and not the third? [/ QUOTE ]That's what I thought, but all the news outlets are saying there was a another one prior to the well-publicized delay on Feb 15. |

There's power in greater numbers. Everyone should assemble now in the
event legal action needs to be taken. There's now over 325 members who have almost $2 million locked up. It's also a resource for good factual information. There are a lot of rumors and misconceptions circulating. There's direct access to links, files and articles so you can evaluate things for yourself. There's a forum to exchange strategies and ideas. It's amazing to see how creative people can be when their money is held hostage. |

I am not going to let any attorney get any part of that. It's just not worth it. I would rather wait it out.

The timing of filing formal charges (which is technically what we are waiting for) is solely within the discretion of the US attorney involved UNLESS neteller complains about the delay, or the judge wants to clear his docket by enforcing scheduling deadlines. In the latter case the USA could drop the charges and then refile them later, so judges almost never do this.
Seems like some serious negotiating is occurring. Either that or the lawyers are on vacation. Skallagrim |
