Default All Your Chips Are Belong To Me!

So, earlier today I have 100 hands left to clear my bonus at Party. Start off down $200 at one of the 15/30 Omaha hi/lo tables.

But at my other table I go on a rush and I'm up $400 and feeling great. I consider quitting and playing the remaining 40-50 hands at the 50 cent/$1 tables, but I keep plugging along.

Then the variance monster hits, and I wind up clearing the bonus and I'm STILL down 200 bucks for my hour and 15 minute 4-tabling session, GRRRRR!

But, tonight I get back on the horse and fire up a 10/20 and a 15/30 game. In 15 minutes I made $450 back, sweet jesus!

At the 10/20 game I flop "da nuts" with the best possible low (unbreakable wheel) plus the straight to the 6. My good fortune blesses me with two opponents who both have the wheel as well, and are more than happy to cap every betting round. So in the end we split the low half three ways and I scoop the high half, SCORE!

Then at the 15/30 game I limp with A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] in EP and by the turn I have the nut low draw, or the Jack will give me the nut straight and I'll scoop.

Meanwhile, everyone has been betting and raising like CRAZY! The pot is too large for me to fold, so I keep calling and make my low on the river. I figure some of the FIVE PLAYERS who saw this river will also have an A/2, but I couldn't be more wrong, and I win the low half all to myself, DOUBLE SCORE!

So, that 15 minute $450 session really made my day (considering my hour and 15 earlier cost me $200 from my roll PLUS the $100 bonus as well, ugh)

So, up $150 for an hour and a half, not too shabby! Thank you poker gods!

You're probably correct. But the 2/4 and 3/6 games just aren't doing it. Oftentimes they're too full of nits and VPIP 20 or below players (i.e. not profitable)

And I haven't seen a good full-ring 5/10 game going in awhile. But there seem to be plenty of players with more cash than skill at the 10/20 and 15/30 level.

Showoff!

I'm not playing above my roll, but I'm also not accustomed to playing at this particular level or winning and losing these amounts. That's what I'm getting used too.

Congrats on your wins though, hope it continues (p.s. Loan me 20 bucks!)
