I am almost positive I have the best hand but have him on some type of drawing hand on the flop that is bluffing the turn. What do you do going first on the river, and does the card that rivers affect that. |

If he is bluffing with a drawing hand, then all you can do is check the river to hope to induce another bluff, as he will not call any bet. Maybe if river is 6 or 7 you could possibly just push, as that might have paired whatever straight draw hand he has, and if you check to him he might just check behind hoping for a cheap showdown.
