Default Specific hands preflop (A9o, KJo, 88)

I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts on these hands in general.

Assume a full table (8-10 players), typical micro stakes table (alot of players who play too loose, stay with bad draws too long, etc.

A9o, KJo, 88

What positions do you call, fold, raise and why (assume nobody has raised yet)? Obviously each of these hands is strong enough to raise with in late position if everyone has folded to you, and they all are weak enough to dump in the face of a raise in front.

I'll raise 88 and KJo as long as I'm not in EP. I'd limp with A9o if there are a few limpers before me. I'd probably open raise it if I was in MP2/3, otherwise I'd fold it.

A9o never play unless on some sort of steal
KJo limp MP, open raise from LP
88 limp early, open raise from LP

I open raise all of these from MP2 or later, maybe MP1, depending on how the game is playing (very passive and not too loose --> raise in MP1). Tossing KJo and A9o in EP is fine. If a terrible player limps, I'll treat it like I'm opening and isolate. Tight EP limp and I'd actually think about folding A9, but those don't happen very often. I'll limp 88 UTG at passive tables.

You also need to know the playing styles of the players behing you and how much the blinds will defend before making a general statement about these hands.

Even if they defend regularly I still like the steal raise. We have a decent hand in position?

Mid and on they are all a raise to no or 1 limper. I limp with them if a few limpers have already come in. I raise 88 if a lot of limpers have come in.

I'll probably fold A9o and KJo up to mid position if no limpers have come in.

A9o-- I open raise from about MP3 other than that I usually let it go.

88--limp early--open raise from MP2. . . call with a few limpers in front of me in late position.

KJo--fold early--open raise from MP2 and will call from later positions and if still pretty short handed raise from late position.

I have an irrational hatred for A9o and won't even complete with it from the SB. I'll use it for stealing fodder though.

I treat 88 and 77 pretty much the same, limp up front and raise by MP1. Raise early if the table's tight.

KJo is more situation dependent. I won't play it before MP1, but it's good enough to raise if I'm first in. I'll also raise if there's only one limper as I'd like to get it heads up. Otherwise I limp.
