Full Tilt poker's location?

so i need to know if full tilt belongs to the EU or not for tax reasons.

when emailing full tilt poker they answer that they are not allowed to say where they are for security reasons(wow sounds not so legal).

i ahv heard from several places(well forums) that they are located in the caribbean, soem said the part of it that belongs somewhat to the nethrlands, but mayeb only belongs for trading reasons so there may be diferent views on how EU that is.

my bankstatement when depositing to full tilt says:

SLIEMA MALTA

does your as well? but that could just be a anme and not the iseland outisde of italy...

and it doesnt mean they are located in malat anyway.
