No reads on villian, new to the table. I felt lost on the river so I threw out too small of a bet. I felt my opponent had 2p from his turn call...What should my river line be?

Make a pot-sized raise on the flop and this all plays very dfferently, ie easier.
As played, check-fold the river. I know it feels weak, but it's what you have to do.
Oh, and fold preflop.

this is definately not a fold preflop...this table was passive preflop and filled with crazy action post flop from the round I had watched before posting....monsters get paid off...3 limpers to me w/A2suited in good position? I'm pretty sure thats a call.

The prelop call is debatable I guess, I don't generally play suited A-rag. You'll want someone else's opinion on that, there is a reason I'm still playing 25NL.
