Peeling with the intention to fold the River UI would be slightly +EV at best, but I estimate it to more likely be slightly -EV.

As pretty much everyone else has said I call down here. There's a pretty wide range he could have here and while Kx/6x are possible, there are plenty of worse 9's, pocket pairs here which you are ahead of.
