Re: Colbert
I doubt Colbert votes, I don't vote and can find some curious parallels between the implications of his rhetoric and my own views.

Re: Colbert
From Wikipedia
[ QUOTE ] Although not particularly political before joining The Daily Show, Colbert is a self-described Democrat. Colbert claimed Bill O'Reilly called for a boycott of The Colbert Report, because he thought Colbert was French; however, Colbert is Irish-American and his surname is Irish (of Norman origin). [/ QUOTE ] From an interview here. [ QUOTE ] Are you a Democrat? Listen, it's a secret ballot. Yeah, I'm a Democrat. I'm not asking anybody to vote for Democrats or Republicans. I say everyone should vote for both candidates; except me. Just let me vote for Kerry. Then we'll be fine. [/ QUOTE ] |

His show is so over the top that I didn't think anyone could think it was serious. I think it's a good show that will burn itself out quickly though. |
