Before any more WEREWOLF threads pop up in OOT... (players read)

Lots of people seem interested, and with so many games going on OOT's getting kind of overrun.

Gorie's presented an option, the e-mail run games. Not sure how many people are interested in those, but I'd imagine even doing those we'd need to communicate ahead of time to decide who's playing?

Anyway, I have webhosting and I'd be glad to set up a separate board for all the werewolf players to move to. Can set up a forum for Game Set-Up and a forum for the actual Games. Is there interest in this?

yeah i kinda feel bad now because people that don't play are going to get annoyed. i'm glad people are enjoying it but i didn't expect a ton of werewolf threads to start cluttering the forum either [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

that was the bad thing about having more than 1 game going at a time hehe.

i expect it to fade quickly though... like most things people will get sick of it .

i think, based on commentary threads, that people enjoy them being here so they can watch them unfold...i've seen lots of "i'm refreshing every 7 seconds to see what's happened" posts on here (i'm sure that's good for mat since refreshes = new ad views)

if it still stays crazy next week, maybe we can think about limiting the forum to only 1-3 active games at any given time...but i don't think we should move to email

You're probably right, but on the other hand, another forum I visit wound up getting a streak of 40-some Mafia games before it wound down. They moved more slowly, though, so I wouldn't expect this pace to continue.
