Uma sighting & some gossip

I'm having a breakfast meeting in a SoHo NYC hotel this morning, when in walks Andre Balaz . Andre is a famous hotel and residence operator behind places such as The Standard in LA. Andre sits down with his entourage, quietly waiting with the look of anticipation of their faces.

The door to the hotel opens up and the whole room is hushed... Uma Thurman walks in looking more ravishing than I ever expected. Andre gets up, and the two of them leave together. Now this wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't for the fact that Uma left Ethan Hawk for Andre, and recently the two of them broke up (Andre has been sighted in the gossip columns with other women, she was dating another guy, etc).

Sometimes its so cool just being a fly on the wall, my celebrity quotient for the day is complete.

TT - every single person I know who has had the fortune of seeing Uma Thurman in person has said "she is striking in real life, really beautiful, maybe even moreso than in her movies."

Nice one. All I can contribute is that I saw Bobby Bacala (Steven Schirripa) two days ago. Only I could think of when I saw him is - No way can he dunk.
