He's going to do that whenever you push, so it's likely there's no better time than with an extra 300 in the pot and a pair of tens in your hand.

I'm assuming that this one has four prizes. You're certainly not going to fold your way into the money here, the only questions about pushing would be:

1) Do I know anything to lead me to believe that the UTG limper will have AA a disproportionate amount of the time

and

2) Do I have enough chips to wait for a better hand.

The second question is not clear cut, although you probably do have enough chips to wait for a while. You will lose half your stack fairly soon.
When you've lost half your stack, your next gamble will only get you back to where you are now.... if you win ... so although you're not desperate yet, you're have a weak enough stack and strong enough holding that you might as well take this shot at the guy.
