(55s) - The Picture Says It All
Villain is pretty tight, I kid you not they have both been microstacks for like 10 minutes now. -how do you like my play (it's sorta asking SB to push, I know) -what do you call with in villain's spot? |

Re: (55s) - The Picture Says It All
This is where you and the other big stack have $$ to gain by eliminating the small stacks without any weird overpushing or other various shenanigoats. Your play is fine enough.
Villain. Turlock? Cards. Fly? Some cards. |

Re: (55s) - The Picture Says It All
In villains spot I call with any top 50% hand, maybe even 40%. He and the other smallstack will both be allin with random hands in the next round. If he win this he gets 1800 chips and thereby also gets a small shot at the 2.
Interesting situation. If not for the bubble, he should off course had called with 72. |

The villian should fold almost everything IMO. |

Re: (55s) - The Picture Says It All
I'm basically never calling in his spot. If he folds, he will hopefully be able to play an all-in pot with a 75% chance of making the money.
So his equity if he folds (best case scenario) is 15%. If he calls and wins now, his equity is only slightly greater then 20%. So it would take a big pair for him to call in this spot. Obviously his equity could be as low as 10% depending on what goes down in the next hand (if both the big stacks fold and he has to play HU). So I guess I'd fold with everything but KK and AA (maybe QQ). |

A bit of topic: Party does not look like that on my computer. Is this the old beta or something?

Thus your EV is much higher than you stated in that rarish scenario. |

Re: (55s) - The Picture Says It All
I guess i also could add something to the subject, bb should fold if i he understands the situation, but often you find players that won´t. Also, as stated, if i was in sb I would consider pushing quite a wide range here. Thats not terrible for you though, since you just fold and probably place at least second anyway.

Re: (55s) - The Picture Says It All
I fold 100% if I'm villain, for the simple fact that I have more chips than the other shorty for the next hand. Your play is fine as long as big stack isn't smart enough to push over you. I would personally fold here w/ your stack.
