Default AA vs LAG and NIT

how do you approach these types of flops with overpairs. What do you do to get the most value out of your hand, but still carefull enough to get away if your against a better hand. Heres one from about a half an hour ago.

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.25/$0.50
5 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $55.30 33/9.5/1.5
CO: $8.15
Button: $123.55 43/9.5/2
Hero: $54.45
BB: $29.60

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
UTG calls $0.5, CO folds, Button calls $0.5, Hero raises to $2.75, BB folds, UTG calls $2, Button calls $2.

Flop: 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($8.75, 3 players)
Hero bets $5.5, UTG calls $5.5, Button raises to $30 Hero....

I think UTG has a mid pair, button could have anything... 92,34,55.

pf, i made a pot sized raise, could have probly made it 3.

I suggest you "think" until your time is almost up.
Then call. Pray UTG folds.
Then check-call buttons all-in on the turn.

I think your flop bet is a bit weak.
Make it pot-sized.
Unless you want to induce button to come over the top.

Couple of things here:

Pot the flop as suggested - this will make your decision much easier.

I am folding this...I don't see how the butoon doesn't have a 9 here. He seems to be loose pre flop, so a 9 is def in his range. Also, a 2 AF isn't that high, so unless I have a read that he will bluff at pots like this, I am inclined to let this go.

Neither of these two are a nit based on their stats. Neither is particulaty LAG eihter (although both are def on the loose side pre flop).
