It depends on how many hands you play from the BB and how many hands your opponent calls from the BB. Two tight players get in a ton of hands, two loose players who refill, not so many.

what sites have the correct sb=button blind structure? what are the best sites to play HU on besides UB?

Hu is so much more fun and profitable then 6max.
