Default trying to locate an old post

Is this still available? From the wisdom but the link is no good. Link no good, any way to get it?

It just talks about stealing in LP. Which stacks and players to target for steals.

Basicially it goes like this:

1) Don't open limp. Raise or fold.

2) In LP, consider opening with ATC if the stacks behind you and the players behind you are good targets for it.

TBH, I think it is a bit out-dated. When it was originally written, the strategy was dominating b/c re-stealing was less of a threat. It could really use an update to be more consistent with more recent play from the blinds and LP.
