It just talks about stealing in LP. Which stacks and players to target for steals.
Basicially it goes like this: 1) Don't open limp. Raise or fold. 2) In LP, consider opening with ATC if the stacks behind you and the players behind you are good targets for it. TBH, I think it is a bit out-dated. When it was originally written, the strategy was dominating b/c re-stealing was less of a threat. It could really use an update to be more consistent with more recent play from the blinds and LP. Sherman
